Add a shield of obsidian around the trap. Why? On some servers, jealous players will try to pour water over your Glow-Fluid to break the loop. Obsidian prevents griefing.
Only the Lovely Crystal Block works. Diamonds, iron, or emerald blocks will simply be pushed and stop. The Lovely Crystal has a "recursive memory" property that triggers the duplication.
