A: Yes. The H81 chipset is nearly a decade old, but drivers from 2019–2021 work perfectly with Windows 10 22H2 (the final version of Windows 10). No new drivers are being developed, but stable versions exist.
This is often the fastest way to get your system stable without hunting down individual files.
If you cannot connect to the internet, this is the first driver you need. The Lapcare H81 board typically uses either a or Intel LAN chip.
