Microsoft periodically removes old ISOs from their public facing sites. If the Evaluation Center link is dead, you have two options:

Microsoft has removed Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2 from the public Evaluation Center.

Select your preferred language and file type (typically ). Fill out the short registration form.

If you cannot obtain the ISO legally, consider alternatives (see Part 8) rather than risking a poisoned download.
