Stick to offline tools. Dolphin is all you need.
dolphin-tool convert -i "C:\path\to\game.rvz" -o "C:\output\folder" -f iso convert rvz to iso free
Open the Convert MenuRight-click on the game you wish to convert from the list. Select "Convert File..." from the dropdown menu. Stick to offline tools
Right-click the game you want to convert in the Dolphin game list. convert rvz to iso free
