This report is designed to be presented by the Ward Mission Leader (Líder Misional de Barrio) or the Bishopric to the Ward Council (Consejo de Barrio) to track baptismal goals and progress.

At its most basic level, the Agenda Bautismal is a liturgical script. It meticulously outlines the sequence of the ceremony: the gathering of the congregation, the invocation of the Trinity, the reading of Scripture, the renunciation of evil, the profession of faith, the blessing of the water, the act of immersion or affusion, and the reception into the church. However, this structure is not arbitrary. Each step is rooted in centuries of theological debate and tradition, forming a catechetical narrative. For the officiant, the agenda ensures no crucial element is omitted. For the congregation, it provides cues for responses, transforming them from passive observers into active participants in the mystery being enacted.
