The film takes place a few months after the events of the first movie. Mulan and Li Shang are on a mission to deliver a decree to the Emperor, but on their way, they encounter a group of dragon-riding warriors led by a mysterious princess named Princess Mei. Mulan and her friends join forces with these warriors to protect the Chinese village from invaders.
The quality was... surprisingly decent. The voices weren't the professional ones from the national theater, but rather a group of passionate students who had recorded their lines in a bedroom using a single Logitech microphone.
