Unfortunately, Les Mills does not sell individual releases to the public anymore (they moved to the LM+ subscription model, which only includes the latest 3-4 releases of On Demand content). However, RPM 56 exists in the "Legacy Library" for certified instructors. If you are a member of a gym, ask your instructor if they have access to the "Classic RPM" vault.

If there is a signature track for RPM 56, this is it. The A-Trak remix of "Heads Will Roll" is a metronome of destruction. The track sits at a perfect 90–100 RPM cadence.
