By analyzing the central hive architecture implemented by Bohemia Interactive, this study explores how unauthorized servers bypass authentication protocols. It further discusses the implications of version fragmentation, data desynchronization, and the bifurcation of the player base between legitimate and unauthorized ecosystems.
