Prazalu — Telugu

The history of Telugu Prazalu is a saga of mighty dynasties. The Satavahanas laid the groundwork over 2,000 years ago. Later, the Eastern Chalukyas and Kakatiyas built temples and established governance structures that defined the region.

The Telugu Prazalu were the ruling and administrative backbone of the Vijayanagara Empire. Emperor , himself a Telugu speaker, declared: "Desa bhushanula kanna bhasha bhushanalu goppa" (Literary jewels are greater than ornamental jewels). His court featured the Ashtadiggajas (Eight Elephants of Poetry), including Tenali Ramakrishna , whose wit remains part of every Telugu child's upbringing. telugu prazalu
