cinyourrc is a subdomain of facebook.com only if cinyourrc is a DNS record in Facebook’s zone. Attackers cannot do that. Therefore, the only way this URL works is if the attacker has registered cinyourrc.facebook.com as its own domain —which is impossible, because you cannot register a domain containing another registered domain’s SLD.
