If you are playing a standard retail disc or digital copy, follow these steps to trigger the DLC content: Install the Latest Game Updates : The DLC characters (such as Ancient Ogre ) were released via game patches (Version 1.02 and 1.03)

If you're on a original system, simply connecting to the internet and letting the game download its own patches is the most "legit" way to unlock them, as they were released as free "time-release" updates.
