If the Switch is your only console, or if portability is your #1 priority, the Platinum Edition with Update 1.0.5 is a fantastic way to play. However, if you have access to a PC, PS4/5, or Xbox, those versions are objectively superior in terms of graphics and frame rate (60+ FPS). The Switch version is the best portable version, but the worst looking version overall.
